Ok, I did some more digging and found that vBulletin does in fact have a photo gallery as well as a couple other really nice features.
For example:
1. They have an xbox live page...very cool -->

2. They also have an arcade loaded with games that I believe lets you compete against other forum members for high scores. Two big pluses in my opinion -->
