Ok, the error has been taken care of. Here's what was going on:
By default our "Xbox Live" stats page was set to update every 10 minutes. For some unknown reason the error would popup if you happened to be accessing or refreshing a page (any page) at the same time it was updating. I simply rescheduled it to update once a day (1:00 AM PST).
