I just wanted to point out a few features that you may not have seen yet. First off, it you're not happy with the dark color...simply scroll to the bottom on any page and you'll find a small drop menu in the lower left corner. Our current default template is called "hallowGreen". You can change that at anytime by simply selecting another template from that menu. We'll be adding several more templates in the coming weeks.
Moving on. This software is amazing. In fact, it's far better then anything else I've ever seen. For example:
1. You can include pretty much any type of video you'd like by simply adding the address (url) to your post. At that point the software examines the link and frames it with the appropriate video viewer. You can see an example of what I'm talking about
here. You'll notice that Maze posted a couple of "MySpaceTV" video links. The software automatically took those links and framed them with the appropriate viewer. It would have done the same thing YouTube, Break, Amazon, Google...etc. Very cool feature!
2. The software automatically rescales remotely hosted images. In other words, the maximum default width of posted images is 640 pixels. You can change the maximum height and width to whatever you want through your control panel. What that means is if someone posts an image that exceeds your maximum limits, the image is automatically rescaled for you. You can see an example
here. You'll notice that The Green Guy posted an image that was wider the 640 pixels, so the software automatically rescaled it for you...but the best part is it added a click-able bar for you to see the image in full scale. Awesome!
3. The arcade is pretty incredible too. It came with 8 games, but adding new games is a snap...so let me know if you have a particular game you'd like to see included. I can't promise they'll have it, but I'll certainly look for you.
4. The calendar will send you a reminder of events. You can select that option from each event screen.
There's a lot more that I'd like to point out, but it's getting late...so I'll get to it later.
Enjoy
