I found an interesting interview with Aaron Greenberg (Xbox Live Marketing Manager) where he talks about the new Firmware update coming to our 360 consoles on Dec 4th. In the interview he mentions the upcoming Arcade releases of original xbox games for $15. Named were Halo, Fable, Crimson Skies and Psychonauts! With games like Halo coming in at 2GB, there may be a need for a bigger hard drive since there will be new games available on a frequent basis. In regards to other changes he was fairly tight lipped but did have this to say:

"At this point we haven't gotten into any of the other details. Just like any other update, there will be changes to the dashboard and the blades, cosmetic stuff. We always have fine-tuning of playback of movies and music. But at this point, we're going to wait closer until that date--probably the last week of November is when we'll do a lot of show-and-tell with everyone in the media so people can see what they're getting." - Aaron Greenberg
