Rotate teams?
Have set teams? With wildcard teams joining as they come available?
Overall kills and deaths vs. match wins-losses?
Just a thought. If we decide teams, then I think it would be a good idea to have at least one team member with a host quality connection so that it rotates weekly which team has the "host advantage".
