Default Re: Wheel Coffin coming

I had a rather interesting experience with my wheel repair. After two or three phone calls from Microsoft to get my serial number and tell me to be patient, that my coffin was coming, I finally got a coffin. It had directions for returning it, but no return shipment label. When I called to ask for a return label, I was told by the clueless customer support person that I was supposed to ship it myself in my own box; when I explained that I had a box and needed a label, he got a supervisor, who promised to send a new box.

Some time later, I got a box, with a replacement wheel enclosed. (Note that, at this time, I had not received a shipment label for the old wheel, so I still had that.) The replacement wheel box did not include any instructions or label for returning my old one.

A week later, I got a coffin with return label for my old wheel, which I sent back.

And a while later, I got a replacement again.

Unfortunately, the pedals aren't involved in the shipment, because now I have two wheels and one set of pedals.
