Just to clear the air, in my mind Forza 2 is a nearly flawless game. When I used the term "known glitch", I was referring to the possibility that Turn 10 was aware and had acknowledged the problem...like they did with the Lotus Elan. We all know the Elan was banned from the multi-player scoreboards, but it didn't happen overnight. If that were in fact the situation with the GT40, then I stand my ground that it probably shouldn't be used until the problem has been fixed. However, like Fred said, apparently Turn 10 took a look at all the cars before releasing the last patch, so I personally doubt there's anything wrong with it. Either way, Fox was clearly just trying to point out a potential problem...so I'd hate to think that anyone of us would have a problem with that.

I know that I haven't been active in the series, but here is my take:

If a certain car dominates a certain class, I will not use it in that class, or anywhere a certain car "dominates".

I like to use the word 'cheesy' to describe the car. That means that ANYONE can post a good time with a certain car, in a certain class.

To me, It's much better to stay competitive with cars that nobody uses.

That's not what I meant Grey. There are some guys that have the talent to keep these cars under control, and set hot lap times. I am not that good, but I do think I am competitive with this group. And we have very good drivers here. But I do think I can beat anyone in this series who drives that car over 25 laps.

Oh god no, and I would be the last person to ask on mastering any RWD that isn't a R-class car. Nope this is just skipping by as a S-class car. The only down fall is the stock tires. They wear out quicker than you would think

I never use stock tires. I'll take handling over horsepower any day. Especially on big slippery tracks like Road America. Besides, you'll be lucky to get 12 good laps with race tires on a track that size. If the stock tires can't go 12 laps you'll be making 2 stops...good luck with that!
