Forza Series Poll

I figured the best way to find out what you all want in a series is to start a poll that better defines what your preferences are. If you would like to see an option that is not listed, then go ahead and add it. With that in mind, be sure to check back often to see if there is anything new for you to express your view on.

Here are my thoughts on it.
I would like to do both myself. Endurance and a 3 shorter race series, but with different options for each.
Endurance races. Collisions on, but damage not as bad. Would really suck to be in that long of a race where someone else damaging your car early on.
3 shorter races. This might be good for collisions off and full damage on. Then you will only be penalized for your own mistakes. Of course, I wouldn't mind if we even ran it with collisions as you would have a chance in the other races to overcome damage caused by others.
To me a lot depends on how bad the lag is between the racers who participate as I feel a good portion of collisions are caused by people thinking they are not as close to each other as they are.

I like the two man team idea myself. And I like the idea of Wobbly and I kicking all your butts lol Why I like the two man team vs 4 man is it is easier to get 1 team mate to come to a race than 3 others. But the other side is if for some reason they can't make it, then half your potential points would be lost instead of just a quarter of them with the 4 man teams. (plus I don't think we have enough members at this time to have enough 4 man teams but other site members can make up for that)

I didn't add the car class for two reasons. It seems that most want to go all the way through the classes, so unless I see otherwise, then we will go that route. The other reason is that I wanted to leave a couple options for you guys to add and there was only 2 left already.

After you vote PLEASE post why you voted that way so we have more information to go by.
After we figure out HOW to do the series then we can figure out WHEN.
Or, if you prefer, post when would work for you here. Be sure to include what time zone you are in.
Right now, I could pretty much do it weekdays after 5 pm pst and weekends anytime except for Sunday before 1pm pst

Edit: Maybe include what tracks in what class you would like to race.

I put this in another post, but figured I would include it here also. My idea for the 3 track events was to have one short track, one long track and one reverse track each week. What do you think?

I think our last series format worked out really well. We raced for 8 solid weeks, yet there was only "1" point between 1st and 2nd place.

1. Bonus points: I think "1" bonus point for the fastest lap is a good idea...but "2" bonus points is two many.
2. Collisions: I'd prefer them "on", but I'm happy to with them "off" as well. (doesn't matter)
3. Teams: I think team racing might be fun, but I also think team racing should be a separate series.
4. Tracks: I really don't care which tracks we race, as long as we know ahead of time.

I'd also be up for limiting classes. Maybe only race "D" to "A", but here again. (doesn't matter)

Also, PGR style ladder racing might be fun. In other words we all start out in the same class and the winner moves down or loser moves up. (doesn't matter)

Alright, I'm gonna get in on this, this time around. I was thinking, that we could do both challenge other sites/teams and do our own league. Just thinking.
