Default Looks like I won't be playing for a while

I tried to update my credit card information on both the Xbox Live website as well as on the 360 and neither one would let me.

On the website, I put all the information in and everything, and it said that the info was invalid, but when I tried to go put it in again, it said that this number was already on my account. So, I said ok, let me go and try to charge the number with Live account, but it didn't work. Here is the kicker though, when i go to look at the credit card status it says good. Anybody get that? I know all the info is right because the bill came today and I was filling everything out from that.

The 360 is even worse. So, I try to log-in on the 360, it signs my local profile in, and then it will either go into a endless loop of trying to sign-in to Live unless I force quit it, or it will tell me I need to update my credit card info, and gives me an option to go to do that. So, I select that option, and it loads up the account management screen, but it tries to load my info, and then kicks me back out to the main screen. The only thing that I can think it's doing is t checks the Live servers for my info, servers say this account is on restriction, and declines the request for the info. Also, when I do the force quit thing, it will either not even try to sign into Xbox Live after that, or will sign my profile out altogether. Don't you just love Microsoft's programming.

One problem with that Wobbly, I can't understand a word they are saying because they are over in freakin India! It looks like that is what I am going to have to do though.

I simply ask "Could I please talk to someone who speaks English?" I have never been refused when I was persistent in that request.

I've called them at least a dozen times (probably more) and never spoken to anyone in India...not once!

I've called xbox a couple of times, I think I got someone in East LA! (Remember the movie anyone?) India would have been a step up.

Never thought about the request to speak to someone in english.
