This is very helpful, but it makes me think how much time do people spend researching this stuff.

Typically Todd, I think for the most part people just take what's handed to them by someone they have already perceived as a master game guru. with only two seasons total for the whole game I don't know if you could call anyone a master game guru. Case in point, in the newbies thread you have two posters, both with top level players, and they both have different ideas on the importance of stamina. I've been digging into training for my LB, (I want to make him a Ray Lewis/Teddy Bruschi type.) Can't find anyone with a real concrete plan for creating him. Some say "Do this" some say "Do that", I think I'm going to kind of balance between "This and That".

I'll get the training stuff I posted on our team forum and post it here.

We have no real information about training in our team fourms. Ours are like be sure to do this or that, no real information.
On a side note I beleave the new teams will be out Monday. When I wake up at 2 in the morning I'll check to see if I can buy one then, if not we might be out of luck by time I get home. We'll just have to wait and see

Should be new teams up very soon. The season ends tonight and they said new teams will be up in the off season.

Hope we can land one! I got a new Center set up and ready to go. I'll switch my LB too, if I can't get him traded I'll just make the jump when my contract ends.

If you get a team I hope we can get a few more from here involved!

Here's the training stuff I did.

This came about from on of our coaches wanting training levels set to intense for stamina.
The numbers I came up with kind of line up with one of the training posts by tpaterniti or tim harper. (Mut and Todd will know who I'm talking about here)

On intense training over three days, your stamina goes up 1.47 points and your energy level goes up 9 points (Three day totals) Cost is $1200.00

However!

On Normal training over three day, your stamina goes up 1.32 points and your energy level goes up 27 points (Again three day totals) Cost is $450.00

Just a thought but building at the normal level is kind of like getting gas at .79 cents a gallon, instead of $3.50 a gallon. (Ok, so I kind of gave away my age there).

Something to consider if the energy tank is running low.
