Default The Happening

Well I have to say, M. Night Shyamalan has made quite a nice film here. I was a fan of "Signs" and "Unbreakable". I also like the way he takes Alfred Hitchcock style of Horror. But this movie is worth seeing in the theaters. If you don't know by now, I am an audiophile. This movie's sound was so well done, that I don't think you would want to see it at home if given the chance to go to the theater. The movie itself is not a normal Shyamalan movie. Ironically my Girlfriend and I were talking before the movie, about how his movies take forever to get started. Yeah this one didn't. Most of the trailer's horror scenes are in the first 10mins tops. Many ways to take the movie in too. He did a great job of not really pinpointing the cause but making it more of a mystery for you to decide. The end shows what the cause really is. Also the movie is filled with foreshadowing. So everything comes together nicely. This is a great flick. Left me with some funny moments and thoughts that we need to look at the world around us. So if you see if let me know what you think. Have a great day tatoes!
