Well considering that it has soooo many classic games on it, its definitely worth at least the retail price.

The Wii is a pricey system, between all the controllers (wii-mote, nun-chuck & classic) one can easily spend another $100 on accessories when buying new.

Mostly I'm having a hard time balancing my game playing time between 3 systems and we just don't have enough visitors to take advantage of the Wii's best assets.

No problemo's. It's going on eBay, similar auctions are going for $450+ with less games than I am including. Should be interesting. Lets see how much I can get!

Hey now they cost $250 new if you can buy one. Mine had over $200 in downloaded Virtual Console games on it. Plus I had 10 games that retailed for $50 each including last weeks Smash Bros release! Not to mention all the extra controllers and HD cable I threw in. That's over a $1000 easily. SO ... it was a pretty smart investment for a mom buying a Wii for her kids b-day, which is exactly what happened.
