Ok...I don't claim to understand any of this stuff, so can someone please explain it to me?

Here's the deal as I see it. Money that shows up under "MARGIN" also shows up under "BARROWED FUNDS", which seems to suggest that The Green Guy & danielOut over spent...is this true?

If so, it seems to me they need to subtract the "BARROWED FUNDS" amount from their "TOTAL EQUITY".

Just to elaborate...you'll note the total "MARKET VALUE" is equal to the "BARROWED FUNDS/MARGIN" plus the "TOTAL EQUITY". Therefore it appears these guys have an unfair advantage over those of us that only spent our alloted $10,000.00.

Also, just so it doesn't look like I'm playing favorites...Mutiny apparently over spent ($39.11) as well.

Yup, sure enough. For some reason it posted my Toyota buy order twice to my account today (You'll notice it if you view the order history for me) so I set it to sell back the 2nd buy. I'm not sure if this is what happened with the rest of you, but keep an eye out for it.

Also, if you see some stranger pop in the game it might be my dad; he was asking about it today and seemed interested.

That's cool...does he play video games too?

As for the stocks, I'm certainly not suggesting that anyone purposely over spent. I think it's pretty clear that none of us have a very good understanding of this stuff yet.

Not usually; he doesn't get much time. He does finances for their church, works a job that SHOULD be 8-4, but he somehow turns it in to a 50-60 hour a week job (my father redefines workaholic), and is trying to go back to school and get his degree.

He used to, and I've been able to sucker him in to quite a few flash games (mom called and yelled at me for showing him Desktop Tower Defense) but as for retail games, nope.
