Just download it, and I hae tried and tried to get videos to play. It says I need to install a plug in? Any help would be great.

There are a few things that Firefox won't do. Some plug ins designed for IE don't work; and some types of media will not work either. Overall I very very rarely encounter something that will not work with Firefox, you link me and I can see if it'll run for me.

I've used Firefox exclusively for years and very seldom have to switch over to IE. One example is Windows updates which require IE and another is Netflix downloadable movies.

As for your video plugin, you should see an icon (usually green) notifying you that you need a particular plugin. Simply click on the icon and in most cases the plugin with be downloaded and installed automatically. If not, it will ask you to install it manually. At which time you may be directed to the plugins web site to download it yourself.

Yea but even after that the plug in doesn't work
