No comparison to COD4

In anticipation of "Rainbow Six Vegas 2", Fox, Fred & I hooked up for a few games last night. Seriously, the graphics and game play aren't even close by comparison to COD4. The biggest thing I noticed right off was that I couldn't run, so it felt like I was in slow motion the whole time. On top of that, the graphics are horrible. Clearly COD4 has set the bar for other shooters. I sure hope that "Vegas 2" is better then this one is.

I agree. I also forgot how bad the lag was in RB6V so I hope they resolved that in the new one.

When I saw the graphics I was thinking "And I used to think this was pretty good?" lol

I can think of one way for sure that Vegas beats COD4:

Enemy AI. I think it's still the best in any shooter. Especially when you play the story. IMHO

Ubisoft has a fucked up history of NOT fixing problems in the Rainbow series......

Rainbow has always been a more "tactical" game than COD. COD is run and gun while for the most part R6 is plan & assault.
