Okay the second release in the Fall of Man series comes out in November. I hope to report to you sooner as I have pre-ordered this one and should be playing the beta very soon. I like the first one, gave me that Gears sort of story line, but set in the past, with first person shooter. Never did much online with it, cause none of you had the PS3 then, cept maybe Green Guy and he was not online ever.

Any way the game promises to be graphically very advanced, will offer and 8 person co-op and up to 60 player online battles. I really enjoyed the story in the first one, which takes place in Europe in the early 1950's. Resistance 2 will picked up with mankind making its last stand on the shores of the United States.

A quote from the makers: We are currently working on the first third-generation PlayStation 3 title, Resistance 2, which features 60-player online competitive play, an 8-player online co-op campaign and a full single-player campaign.

I played the demo, it didn't do much for me Fred! The whole monster killing thing just doesn't excite me anymore.

I haven't even played with the PS3 since I bought it for the girls. I do however like the sound of 8 player co-op! Other than this post, I never heard of this game myself. Might have to look more into it.
