Thumbs up Drake's Fortune
I just played the demo. Pretty darn good game, very similar to Far Cry...but in third person. It utilizes a cover system similar to Gears of War or GRAW2, which I suppose it why it's played in third person. Unfortunately the demo is pretty short, so I wasn't able to see if you could swim, drive, etc...
