I'm not sure. Don't you want to be up to date with all the latest 360 news? At first I thought it was a spam bot, but then I noticed it was something wobbly added to the site. I think its pretty neat. It's better than what Sheer used to do with his posts every day.

I was thinking the same thing at first Desto, but like Green Guy said...it would be like blocking the stuff that Sheer posted everyday. That said, I was originally just looking for a way of adding RSS Feeds to the bottom of the page like we had before, however nothing like that was available. Then I ran across this feature that's built right in. The problem is it requires a member to act as the person that posted it, when in fact it's all done automatically...so I created "RSS Manager". Then I added the RSS avatar and icons to clearly mark the posts so members could easily avoid them. The bot is supposed to run every 12 hours and collect a maximum of 20 feeds. Yes, they do show up on your "since last logon", but only once each day.

Hey Desto,

It just dawned on me that the "RSS Manager" is technically a member, so you should be able to add it to "Your Ignore List". My guess is that will keep any future RSS Feeds hidden from your view, but I don't know for sure.

What was simple & clean is now cluttered & frustrating.

I added this irritating bot to my ignore list. And I still see it's spam.

We'll work on something Tree. If its turning out to be that unpopular we will just pull the plug on it.

I think its a cool feature, but I don't get my news from this forum anyway so no big loss to me.

Well, see I liked how the RSS Feed was at the bottom, and if I wanted to look there I could, and if I didn't, I didn't. Now, I am sorta forced to look at it when I look at new posts, and it also causes me to sometimes miss other posts, as that is what happened a lot of times over at XBL, so, it would be very appreciated if you guys could figure out a way to hide it from the users that don't want to see it. It may be even better if we created a home page first, and from there you could just do a simple html page, and make and link to the forum. Just a though!
